allyoucantexture: on instagram there are a lot of #2016bestnine, that you can create at this link.
This was the year in which allyoucantexture was born, and it was the year when I had the strength to create unprogetto.
So I decided to remember it with my instagram textures, which reminds me every single moment of this year.
As you read, if you like, listen to this song: it comes straight from my favorite TV series, Leftovers.
[su_youtube url=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XnIE171XkIY” width=”300″ height=”150″ autoplay=”yes”]The first allyoucantexture week was the Design Week in Milan.
Then, I was in Helsinki, that with its geometries and colors motivated me to search for textures. I started enjoy observing the world from another point of view.
The 12th of june I spent the day in the Langhe with Davide and two friends: they were the first to appreciate allyoucantexture. Thank you guys.
This is the start of the summer: candies, beaches and azulejos.
Here’s the first time I realized I would live in Turin early: there is the Turin grey, a business trip in Milan with Nora, 365 strangers.
September was the month of handicraft: the return to design after a summer of music. A day with my parents at the Cherasco flea market, a trip to Lucca, a trip to Toulon and an event with the WEBLOGgers.
Then, the Cersaie: we were the official blogger of the fair and we produced 30% of the web contents. A big success.
The autumn.
Then there was the white, emptiness: I had just left meetyourMOOD. Unprogetto was not there yet.
And so, I was a blogger without a blog, at least for a month. After three years of incessant communication, I found myself experiencing the inability to communicate. It was a tiring time, but very valuable.
And finally, the last day of the year. A brunch with friends, a party in Milan, Christmas panettone, December 26 arguing playing Cranium.
My English is not the best, I know. But I honestly tried to be understood by as many people as possible. Please, be understanding, and feel free to email me for any correction.
Have a happy 2017.
Carlotta
